It’s unfortunate how bad the service has gotten here. I have been a patient well over 20 years and had the worst visit yesterday. The worst part is that the poor service is from the front desk. The ones we (public and patients) interact with and depend on for access to the care we need.
Drove an hour today to get an exam if possible or an appointment. I'm an existing client. The lady who sets appointments said they do not take walk in's and would call me to set an appointment. Guess she was too busy sitting there to give me an appointment and after as if she could care less. So, I'm still waiting for a call. And if she calls my reply will be thanks, but no thanks. Poor service.
