She is a queen and a great Mom
Office staff and doctor polite but extraordinarily disorganized. Needed to schedule a surgery, took them two months just to call me back after trying to reach out to them several times and leaving messages. Also to get one simple laparoscopic procedure, had to schedule 5 separate appointments instead of getting all preparation done in one or two steps.
