This office is impossible to access via phone. My husband is a patient there and needed a televisit due to recent trauma. It took 4 working days (plus a weekend between)for someone to call to make the appt. Yes they use a third party as previous pts have stated. The service said they couldn't make the appt. We called daily trying to make an appointment. My husband had fallen and broke both legs. Although Dr. Mercer is great the practice is not. You cannot reach anyone, they use a 3rd party service which is not helpful. They told me to schedule a same day sick visit for concerning worsening symptoms; however, none available but since they use a 3rd party service to take all calls it gives you the run around. We love the care we Receive from Dr Ince-Mercer! She is patient and very thorough
I would not recommend this place, especially if you are Black. The way the front desk staff speak to and treat Black customers is deeply concerning. I noticed a clear difference in attitude and customer service depending on a person's race. While some guests were greeted warmly and treated with kindness, I experienced a noticeably negative attitude. I moved back in 2022 to a town almost an hour away, so I had to change offices. Ive recently moved back and attempted to make an appointment to start going back to Dr. Ince Mercer when I was informed I was DISCHARGED from their office and could not go back. BECAUSE I MOVED!!
