This is a top notch practice and Dr. Ince Mercer is awesome. She never rushes her patients, she listens and provides excellent care. Everyone in this office is kind and supportive. Her PA, Paige, is always available when you need help.

I would never recommend this doctor or office to anyone unless you don't care how much you pay and enjoy getting surprise bills in the mail and feeling like nobody listens to you. They practice unfair business practices that violate patient and consumer rights and the better business bureau is investigating.

My review is to help others make an informed decision. I think that she is knowlegeble. However, when I was sick, I had trouble getting an appointment. I was sent a letter that I cancelled too many appointments (2) and if I cancel again would be let go from the practice. Both cancellations were due to unforseen events and I gave the appropriate notice. Then I received a letter a week later that I was being let go of the practice for non-compliance with no explaination. I am happy to go elsewhere.

I'm disappointed with this office. I had an appointment to see Dr.Mercer this Monday at 9:30am. On Friday I received a call just checking to see if I had any cold or flu symptoms.. that's it. This morning when I arrived for my appointment I was told that as a new patient I was supposed to be there at 8:30am, and I'm unable to book with them again as it is a now show. I explained that the staff who called me Friday did not mention I was supposed to be there at 8:30. The front desk staff did not really seem to care. She just s... read more
