I was assigned this provider from my insurance and I needed to get a physical done. My first visit was ok despite the provider only being in the room for 5 min and barely interacting with me and front desk not being friendly. I usually don't mind as I didn't have any urgent health concerns. Not even 3 months after my physical, I needed some forms signed for work and school that only attested to my immunizations, which the provider has records of.
