When taking my child to see him about impetigo on his face, Dr. José Berlioz told me it was a staff infection and that despite that he’d already been on a round of both systemic and topical antibiotics, he said, “don’t worry. It goes away on its own.” Staff infections can be deadly when left untreated and what he suggested also lead to antibiotic resistance. This is extremely negligent. Getting a prescription refill is a problem. His staff is rude and non-responsive. I have been trying for 4 days to get a script he wrote refilled. I've called, sent messages via his secure portal. Pharmacy said waiting on Dr. Yawn. I guess I need to drive to his office and deal with the rude staff.
Dr. Loyo has treated my Mother and Father for the past six years! We could not be more pleased with the care he provides. He is kind, compassionate and is always available to take the best care of my parents. He has saved my Father's life many times and I credit my Father still being alive to Dr. Loyo.
Dr Loyo is very thorough in his approach to my care and more importantly, he genuinely cares about my well being. The staff (front desk, nurses and clinicians) are very professional and friendly. For all my office visits, I never had to wait past the appointment time. I have suffered from chronic chest pain for a number of years. My condition turned out to be something other than cardiac, but Dr Loyo went to the next level with me to make sure I received the care I needed to address my condition and to verify his diagnosis. ... read more
Dr. Leeann Kettunen has been a perfect match for us as our physician. She has taken time to know us, our concerns, needs and life style and work with us for our best health outcomes. Expect to wait for your appointment because she gives the same time and attention to all those in her care.
My grandmother came in and was under the care of Dr. Loyo for approximately a year and a half. He barely did a thing to help her condition. He would enter her hospital room and see that she was alert and then say okay doing good and immediately leave. He didn't seem to want to answer any questions we had as family members. The staff and Dr Lee show no compassion, kindness or care. Dr Lee is very arrogant and will not listen to the patient. He say’s everything you have he has had and it’s all no big deal. He makes light of serious situations.
Always satisfied with my visits with Dr Kettunen. She is very thorough with her exams and goes over my any new problems I maybe experiencing. She listens and she cares. She treats her patients with such kindness. She even takes time to respond to the portal to call and recommend a visit and works me in.
