I made my daughter an appointment to See Dr. Metchick and they went and scheduled her for a different doctor out of town. I called got her appointment for a morning one and told them to go ahead and schedule it and I’ll call if she can’t make it. Well, she took off work again and she went in again and they canceled it saying that we never confirmed it, which is not true. Cheryl is a rude Person I don’t recommend this doctor’s office at all.
Not worth the trip. Pick another Endocrinologist.
Dr. Mitchell is very thorough
I had to cancel an appointment, office closes early on Fridays they do not have a way to leave a voice message. I asked to speak with office manager, no one called back. I have been going to them for a while and have only seen the NP. I would not recommend them but there are not many endocrinologists in the area. Very dissatisfied, can’t believe they need the money. But doesn’t surprise me since I have been paying for nurse visits all along.
