I explained to Dr Lee Morand she made a mistake with my insurance, she insisted she didn’t at first, then looked at my insurance card and saw she made a mistake and still said to me she didn’t think this would work out. She got defensive when I explained my insurance does cover the visit,that she made a mistake. I am writing this review not based on her interaction with clients but based on the professionalism that she allows. After receiving a 1 star google review (see previous reviews) her boyfriend/lawyer, Jerry Tarud, called indicating that he was representing her. He made assumptions, threatened legal action, displayed questionable ethics and overall was very unprofessional.
