This was my first visit and my last visit. The Dr had another patient or knew of another patient with my same first and last name as well as the same birth date as I did, that withdrew medications from a pharmacy near where I lived. He screamed and berated me in front of his staff and other patients calling me a liar when I asked to fill my medication for my disability. They do not check their patient record accuracy and are completely unprofessional.
