I have to say, place is very unprofessional when it comes to billing. I had an Invisalign treatment that I decided to cancel, I was told I was lose my 1200 dollar deposit and my first months payment which was 215 dollars, which I agreed to. All I had to do was pay ANOTHER 85 dollars to cancel my treatment and then I wouldn't be billed anymore , I agreed and paid the 85 dollars only to be slapped in the face with an automatic payment of 215 dollars being taken out of my account the following week after I asked the lady at the... read more
Dr. Kaswiner is the best. Before i met Dr. Kaswiner , i visited many offices and none of the other orthodontists were as knowledgeable and friendly as Dr. Kaswiner. He is extremely helpful through the process and explains everything in detail. He always answers my questions.He always takes time and wants the best result. I am really happy with the result :-).
