Dr Harris sees you as you, not just another patient.
Dr Harris was courteous, thorough, and demonstrated patience. The exam was brief but his questions showed his interest and follow-through. Tests were ordered and follow-up scheduled. Visit was timely and I did not feel rushed.
Was a good office when it was Dr Burke with Rose behind the front desk. She was caring. Looked out for the patient. No more. Bad service. Bad attitude. Bad communication. No critical thinking to help the patient. It's not about patient quality of life with that front office. You can say this is just someone not getting their way but you are wrong. Whole family is in the medical field. This is the first time leaving a bad review. Good luck getting a call back.
Dr. Harris and his entire staff take the time to listen to me. They never rush through my visits and they ALWAYS call me back when I reach out with a question or problem. I believe Dr. Harris, Liz and Rose truly care about me.
