Jeffrey Harmatz AKA Lee j Harmatz is the catalyst to my Fiancés health downfall, we had to fight to get testing/imaging and it was not an insurance problem. He just blatantly didn't care and said go deal with it, it is nothing. Now my Fiancé is suffering severely debilitated and was healthy prior due to symptom onset. He is liable for "Failure to Diagnose" and "Failure to order necessary testing"
Dr. Harmatz ignored my symptoms resulting in pain and suffering and my condition progressing. He misdiagnosed me and refuses to order additional tests/imaging
Ignored my symptoms, refuses to order further testing. I’m in constant pain and have no pain management plan, or any plan for that matter. Unknown swelling that he won’t ultrasound
