Jeffrey Harmatz AKA Lee j Harmatz is the catalyst to my Fianc�s health downfall, we had to fight to get testing/imaging and it was not an insurance problem. He just blatantly didn't care and said go deal with it, it is nothing. Now my Fianc� is suffering severely debilitated and was healthy prior due to symptom onset. He is liable for "Failure to Diagnose" and "Failure to order necessary testing"
