Nicest fellow and so pleased with his removal of 3 bad molars. Was so comfortable with the whole visit.
Love the Longs and the staff. They treat me with care and concern. They are the best!!! Thank you Michael for a great clean and Dr. Long for always taking care of me and making me laugh!!!
Took my two year old toddler for his first dental visit. The staff was very warm and friendly. They showed him how the chair works, he liked going up and down. They showed him videos on how to brush and floss. He really liked those because it was a chimpanzee doing it. Dr. Long was very encouraging and professional. Answered all my questions and provided a comfortable atmosphere.
The whole office, from reception, to the personnel assisting, to Dr. Long himself, are extremely professional and thorough beyond reproach. Quite a dramatic change from my past dental experiences. I also appreciate being kept apprised of any financial obligations up front; if there are changes, they notify me. They are also careful to not cause pain in an industry where it's often unavoidable. There is no downside.
