Have never had a problem with either the doctor or the staff. Dr. Watson-Ficken is the PCP for both my husband and me. My husband has numerous health issues and she has been extremely proactive in working with him to maintain and improve his health. Most important, she listens to what you have to say, unlike many doctors who assume what is happening with their patients. She is a jewel!
I made 3 appointments over 3 months ago for myself, my husband and my daughter as we were all needing a new doctor. An hour before my husbands appointment they called and said their systems were down and could not see him. The problem with this is that fact that my husband had to take off early (he lost at least 150.00). I ended up cancelling all the appointments I made. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Worst experience ever. New patient. Doc did not hold a conversation with me. Totally impersonal. Disliked her immensely. Never even read my complicated history. Tried to change meds without understanding family history and my personal medical conditions.
I love Dr. Watson-Ficken, the staff however are slow and bad at communicating.
