I am posting this review to share my experience after my original review was removed as part of resolving a long-running refund dispute. I was owed an $800 refund for work that was never carried out. Despite months of repeated emails, phone calls and requests to speak with management, it was almost impossible to get hold of anyone who could resolve the issue, and I received very little meaningful communication throughout the process.
