I’ve now had several days to get over the shock of my experience with Dr Leak, and feel compelled to share it. I contacted Dr Leak to investigate a toilet issue. I was charged $500 for a camera inspection, followed by another $1,000 for half an hour of jetting, which was unsuccessful in resolving, or even identifying, the issue. We had a very bad experience with this Company. Two weeks ago we called a plumber to unblock a bathroom vanity and the young tradesman was in the area and visited our property. He put some acid down the pipe and left in 15 minutes. My husband (who has dementia and is 90 years old) was charged $460. for this service. We called management but no rebate is forthcoming v .It was disgusting as we live in a Retirement Village and we're totally taken advantage of. Name on request.
