Update: The owner contacted me personally to apologise for how the matter had been handled. After discussing the circumstances, the business provided a refund of the initial plumbing invoice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Failed to show up 3 times then promised refund which never arrived. I will now pursue in small claims court. Failed to arrive 3 times, when I had a shower leaking into a unit below. 1st time - Plumber is sick (fine). No replacement, so 1 week delay. 2nd time - Went to a more "urgent" job, despite me having a prior booking and an active leak. Extremely poor conduct. This business has been withholding my refund for 5 months now. Every single time I call to follow up, I am brushed off with the excuse that 'there is no one in the office' to process it, and promised managerial call-backs never happen. This has gone past poor service and crossed into a complete lack of financial integrity. If this is not resolved immediately, my next step is lodging a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading and the Energy & Water Ombudsman.
I used this service for my gas connection and had the opportunity to meet three technicians across different visits for both the gas work and plastering. Te and both Sams were professional and friendly. They took the time to explain everything and completed the work to a high standard. I would definitely use their service again.
If I could give you less than 1 star, I would. How can you charge a pensioner $1356 to install a dishwasher. You give plumbers a bad name
