I had 3 appointments and was not impressed with Dr. Novak. Each time she seemed rather aloof and not very compassionate. The first two visits were to pre-screen me prior to surgery. The third time was an annual check-up and the way she handled certain aspects of my health screening scared me. In discussions with my friends of similar age things that we consider normal, her reaction now makes me question every time there is an occurrence.
