I was referred to Dr Kells a few years ago by my family dentist. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Kells. She is the complete package: a true professional with remarkable talent. Her work is painless and flawless, and her friendly, easy-going nature makes going to the dentist something I don't dread. She's both highly talented and a genuine pleasure to see.
I didn’t have a chance to meet Dr. Kells however, my experience with the reception was very disappointing. My email address was entered incorrectly, and no one followed up to check whether their emails were being delivered (usually systems notify you if an email fails). Additionally, there was no prior notice that there is no parking available on-site and that patients should use Polo Park instead — which is fine, but would be helpful to know in advance. Dr Kells did a gum graft for me last year. Dr kells has wonderful bed side manor, is super funny and amazing at what she does. I have dental aniexty and she was able to give me something to relax me prior to the procedure. She and her staff explained everything to a tee. From the minute you walk into her clinic you greeted by her kind and compassionate staff. She also has the sweetest helper at work who greets everyone. Hands down she’s really good at what she does. She’s one of the best periodontists out there.
I was referred to her by my orthodontist for a gum graft. I had a consult with Dr Kells where she told me the treatment plan and I was given a quote for the 2 gum grafts. The quote was $1400($700 per gum graft). The day of the procedure I was not able to get both grafts done as one of my teeth had an attachment for my braces that was blocking the area that needed to be grafted.
