We came over to ask if the doctor can prescribe her some oilmen to help her ease the pain while waiting for her X-Ray appointment that we have requested. The receiptionist rejected our request and told us to come some "other day", which I think was ridiculous and dictates what it means to be performing medical practice and to help others in need.
