I've been a member of mdvip for 3 years. I relocated to NC and seen Dr.Carter for the customary meet and greet. The "interview" consisted mainly of him gloating about his accomplishments. He simply told me that since i'm an chronic pain patient, He suspects diversion. He said he would give it a some thought and let me know at the end of the week. Dr. Carter is available when I need him and I never have to wait more than a few minutes to see him or his nurses. He is straight up and honest about my health and what I need to do.
