The single most unprofessional medical experience I have ever had happened with Dr Ottaviano's son Lorenzo through his family practice. I went in to talk to him about dealing with lingering symptoms from IBS. He insisted that I have a colonoscopy before he talked to me about my issues or prescribed anything. I can’t say enough good things about this Doctor, My whole entire family see’s him and most of us live well over an hour away! Staff is amazing and very accommodating. Highly recommend 👍
