Great doctor! Both of my procedures went well, and I was provided with the results of each study shortly after. I would recommend Dr. Ognibene to anyone with GI needs.
This office is horrible! Their ability to communicate is none existing. The office staff are rude and you will never speak with anyone over the phone! The APN that I saw was very nice, and it's hard to believe that she is apart of the practice. The doctor that preformed the procedure was very informative with a great bedside manner. I would not recommend this office to anyone!
If I could give no stars I would still waiting for my results for endoscopy I had done almost 7 months ago I called the Somers Point office I left one message with the front desk person 6 months ago I called and spoke to the office manager she said she would she Dr Ogninene an urgent message . I’m still waiting! I had labs done prior no one has ever called regarding these results only to say I needed to go to the lab for more lab work.
