I'm not a patient here, but I did just called to ask about their services and I heard a long sigh when I stated," I just have a question". She was short and nasty in tone as she answered the question. I couldn't even get out, thank you, before she hung up on me. The customer service you receive gives you an idea of what type of service you will receive period. That brief interaction speaks volumes! Don't believe the rating of 4.9, of what I call one liners!
