I called Dr. Cohens office to make an appt. For a painful problem I have had with my foot for several months. The girl who answered asked me over and over what my insurance was I stated to her over and over it was plain old Caresource ins. She then stated I didnt have to be rude when all I did was answer her over and over that I had the original caresource before the new ones ever came out.
