I just found out that Dr Blase passed away in September. He will be greatly missed.
This office is amazing! The doctor is great and accommodating! Script refills and prior authorizations are done the same day. That is rare! I am very happy that I switched my primary doc. So happy!
I have been trying for a month to call to reschedule an appointment. The office staff has never answered the phone during office hours, which are listed as being until 8 p.m. on Google, and the office has not been opened during the listed times on their voicemail or on Google, which conflict.
