I had my first appointment with Dr. Lerno last week and true to his reviews, I give him five stars as he is definitely one of the most. Compassionate doctors I have visited! He was very thorough in going over and taking plenty of time to review my lengthy information which is also very complicated! I see another doctor out-of-pocket for mold and histamine issues. I was very impressed by all aspects of this office and staff. Raeleena at the front desk has always given awesome service, listening patiently, expediting every detail and following up, and in and through, brilliant. Very intelligent and well-informed. Diana as well. Dr. Lerno himself has been just tops, listening very patiently and carefully and giving expert care and thoughtful answers. Can't rate this office highly enough. Has a Huntington Beach office location. Diana in the office is the worst. She always picks up the phone immediately asking to hold and never returns to the line for another 20 mins. Just to pick back up and before you can say what you're calling about she just places you on hold again without asking. The office does not need her. Dr. Lawrence Lerno is exceptionally amazing, very professional, he always listens, he’s one of the best primary Doctor I have, he’s empathetic, very thorough and always taking his time examining you and encouraging you to ask questions… For me all Doctor should be like Dr. Lerno and we need more Doctors like Dr. Lerno! The staffs in Amistad Medical Clinics are very professional, respectful and considerate👍👍
Dr. Lerno is a very caring doctor. Not many left like him.
