Very unaccommodating. Staff doesn’t have any desire to have patients.
Called and was quickly shutdown. The staff member didn't even allow me to advise the reason for my call. She just rudely interrupted me and said they were not taking in new patients at this time.
I am a National Guardsman and want to share an experience that I had. I called and spoke to a woman named Diane at the offices of Dr. Gross who I made an appointment with to be seen. I even spelled out my name and she set the appointment. She made the assumption that I was someone else because we had the same last name. I wasn't seen because they were not accepting any new patients in their practice. When I asked her to reconsider because of her error she stated no again. Dr. Gross is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. My family and I have had a long list of chronic illnesses which specialists can't seem to help with. Dr. Gross goes above and beyond trying to figure out what the problem is, how to temporarily fix the problem and then how to fix the problem long term. He spends ample time discussing issues and a plan of recovery. He truly is a gifted physician and I can't ever imagine the day when I need to move on.
