Many patients gave Dr. Hiegel positive reviews, but my experience was more lukewarm. I'd say Dr. Hiegel and Cascade Pediatrics are fine for periodic visits. However, for persistent issues like I had with my daughter, I would not recommend this physician. When I needed compassion and reassurance the most from the doctor, I definitely got the feeling that I was overreacting and coming into the office too often. I was written a prescription and sent on my way. I also felt like I was patronized a bit; as if the doctor was mildly... read more
