Dr. Ortega is thorough in the care he provides for his patients and shows genuine compassion and concern for their needs. My husband and I are very grateful and pleased that he’s our Doctor. Thank You for always being available. Also has the Best Staff, who welcome you lovingly and with a smile.
I think the doctor and his staff have a well run and organized office but we sometimes disagree on certain topics. I think he wants to keep it too professional and at a distance and does not want to know too much about my personal life which would help with diagnosis sometimes.
