I highly recommend Dr. Allen. She is incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. I'm so thankful she has been able to care for my baby and me. I will never forget how carefully she treated me during one of my toughest moments; her support made the difference.

Dr Allen is great but the office staff and billing department is horrible. They either forget to submit the bills or give the wrong codes to the insurance. When you try and correct it by calling them they give you the runaround. Administrators that dont work for the company or just plain rudeness if you ever get a live person.
Dr. Allen is a very good Dr. That being said I don’t think I will be coming back. The office staff never submitted my office visit claim to my insurance company. Three months after my visit I began getting messages from Diane saying I owed the total amount for my office visit. I could barely understand her and when I called back the office they would not let me speak to a live person to rectify my situation. The one time a rude lady hung up on me.
