Dr Hedde is a great doctor. Actually ALL the staff behind the waiting room are really good. I just wish i didn't have to deal with the receptionists. It absolutely the most frustrating experience ever and for some reason it seems almost impossible to schedule an appointment. Its literally to the point where i feel i have no choice but to switch practices... the front is that bad.
I am beyond disappointed with the care provided to my loved one. He has 2 herniated discs, (a 3rd was repaired a few years back) Dr. Hedde in the past was beyond helpful to get him the necessary testing, he needs to have the other 2 discs repaired now, and he had to wait 3 months for an appointment the day came he arrived 5 minutes early and was told he needed to reschedule due to insurance issue, which only took 11 minutes to sort out. Great doctor!! He goes above and beyond and makes his patients feel comfortable...down to earth and very compassionate and has alot of patience....If you are looking for a doctor with experience and great beside manner he is highly recommended...Also is new location runs very smooth and extremely convenient
