Yes, the dentist is very nasty & rude & even towards the children also. She would also be quick to start working in their mouth without waiting for the Novocain to kick in. She was also very rough while doing the work. Not gentle at all. She is a very vile & mean spirited person. She shouldn’t be working in that field at all. She has the worst bedside manners I’ve ever seen in this industry. Below 0 stars
I can only reiterate the statements made in the other reviews: this woman is extremely rude. Years ago, I was a little kid sitting in her chair, getting a cavity filled. As she was working, she accidentally dropped something liquid in my eye. Naturally, I fussed and whimpered. She tersely commanded me to keep still and stop laughing, that it wasn't funny. Of course, I wasn't laughing. I was afraid, and unable to voice my displeasure with all that equipment in my mouth. Don't leave your children alone with this woman.
Dr Jacobs is very knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly and without fuss. Her staff is fantastic with the kids and we had a great experience. My son had to have extensive work quickly and she was able to get us in ASAP. Thank you, Dr. Jacobs and everyone there!
I chose to wait until my daughter woke up fully to leave a review!!! The staff was great but the dentist said some very disturbing things to my 4 year old daughter when she took her back!!! She told her to stop crying or she would give her another shot!!! My daughter is 4 of course she would cry when taken from her mom and dad!!! If you work with kids you should actually like them!! My advice is she should work with adults that can defend their selves!!! I wish I would have read the reviews first!!!!
