Wonderful doctor, highly recommend
I changed my PCP to Dr. James this past December. No need to say who I left. Dr. James is absolutely incredible! Very attentive and has incredible “bed side” manner! There are just so many things he brought up that my previous PCP never thought were important. His staff is exceptional - friendly, professional and makes you feel important! Let me start by saying Dr James is THE BEST doctor I have ever had. He saved my life when I came to the emergency room with covid. I had already been to two other doctors, including Blount County hospital, and they didn't help me. Just sent me home. If Dr James hadn't admitted me and treated me with all the controversial drugs, I believe I would have died. I docked one star because of the awfulness of Sweetwater Hospital and how difficult it is to get in touch with anyone in his office. I called 6 times today just to get a s... read more
I was very impressed with Dr. James. He had a calming approach, which I appreciated.
So glad I have finally found a great doctor who truly cares about his patients. I drive a total of 3 hours to and from to go to him and It is totally worth it and all the lady's who work here are the absolute best!! I've had so many different health issues and Dr.James and all the ladies there are always so kind and caring. It's been a few years now since he became my doctor and I'm so thankful.
