Today was my First appointment with Dr James I noticed he was very respectful and listened when I'm talking and that means a lot. He takes his time listening and talking to you and he's not in a Hurry like some Doctors I've experienced in the past. I'm very pleased I finally found A Good Doctor I like and trust in my care. The staff was all polite and helpful and kind and that's what it's all about very professional people working there. From a Thankful and pleased patient and I will definitely recommend Dr. James to Anyone.
I was told that I was not allowed to see doctor without submitting info to see if they could take me as a patient. However, as an Internist, they are PCM for adults only. Therefore, telling patients that they can't see you because they need to see if you meet the criteria as a potential patient is not the point for this type of practice. The staff needs to evaluate there terms of care for potential patients.
Dr James is an INCREDIBLE doctor. He saved my life!! He is worth th frustration of dealing with the hospital and 10 minutes hold times while just trying to make an appointment. I'd sit on hold for an hour to see him.
