I had a deeply frustrating and disheartening experience at this Dr. Lauren and her team during my egg freezing process. From the beginning, the doctor was only present during the initial consultation, after that, I never saw or heard from her again. Any time I had a question, I was passed off to a different nurse, and no one ever seemed to know my case or what stage I was in. I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Lauren. I was planning to start my IVF journey and had already completed all my tests. But right before starting, my pregnancy test came back positive naturally! Dr. Lauren was so kind and supportive throughout the process. She followed up with me closely, ordered multiple HCG blood tests, and did ultrasounds to monitor everything. Around week 5, I experienced some bleeding, which was really scary. My husband and I had the best experience working with Dr. Sundheimer. She was kind, responsive, informative, and incredibly patient with us as we navigated a confusing and emotional time.
