I was seen by this doctor only because my regular provider in the same office couldn’t get me in quickly. While I appreciated being seen right away, the experience itself was disappointing. When I told him I wasn’t currently taking any medications, he laughed and made a comment under his breath implying that was why I was sick. That response felt judgmental, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Patients deserve respect regardless of whether they choose medication or prefer to try natural options first. I’ve been seeing Dr. Smith for over 20 years. Even when I lived over 2 hours away I didn’t want to find another doctor. He now sees my newborn and has already went above and beyond for him, what other doctors had overlooked. I appreciate everything he has done for my family throughout the years.
Just big ego, small man. Talked over me, rolled his eyes, and just made me extremely uncomfortable. I don't recommend him, especially if you are female.
