My first contact with Dr. Rascoff was brief, I was surprised, after her gentle and thoughtful evaluation, at the extensive repair she suggested and balked. I subsequently discovered (much to my chagrin) this was the standard of care. As I was not enjoying the sensation of my bladder falling out at all times, along with associated physical limitations, I opted for repair. So glad I did! A recent surgery with another provider left me with severe complications so I was referred to Dr. Rascoff. She was completely dismissive of my current medical condition. It was apparent that she did not want to treat me further. She was completely unhelpful, wasted my time and took it upon herself to cancel another appt I had with a colorectal doctor in the same office to address my multiple prolapses stating that my condition didn’t warrant an appt with the other doctor.
