This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed very little compassion or sympathy toward me as a patient. Her manner of speaking made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected at a time when I needed understanding and reassurance. Regardless of how busy or stressful a medical setting may be, patients deserve to be treated with basic respect, kindness, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I did not receive that from this doctor. Dr. Outlaw and her team are fantastic. She helped me navigate my first pregnancy and I now have a healthy baby boy. She is knowledgeable, approachable, and answers all questions. She is also good about answering questions in the patient portal. I would highly recommend her and this practice for any OBGYN needs.
