Awful experience. RUN don’t walk away. The inferior care and greed will never cease to amaze me. Take this review and the Other one star reviews below as a sign to avoid at all costs. Sullivan encapsulates everything that is wrong with US health care.
Dr. Sullivan truly listens to my needs, pays close attention to details, and asks thoughtful clarifying questions. I always feel heard, supported, and never rushed during appointments. I have endometriosis, and her expertise has made such a difference in helping me adjust hormones and manage pain. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and has made this journey feel much more manageable. I’m grateful to have her as my provider and highly recommend her.
Awful experience. Terrible care and even more terrible dealing with the front desk. Seemed like billing fraud?! Take this review and the two below as a sign to avoid at all costs. Don’t know how people like Sullivan get licensed as doctors— but do know she likes your money.
It’s taken me a year to write this and I still can’t find the words. Worst experience of my life. I am still traumatized and have major health issues and PTSD stemming from my awful surgery (ies) with Dr O’Sullivan. Three surgeries. Supposed to be one. Then another emergency one 6 months later, thankfully by someone else. I regret my decision to follow through with this Dr and should have listened to my gut at my preop appointment that said run for the hills. Dr O Sullivan is super good at what she does. No complications with my hysterectomy. Great bed side manor, she really listens. Some of these reviews are simply not true, I'm fat and black and she never judged or made me feel less than a person. I highly recommend her. The whole office and staff were great from the moment me and my issues walked into the door
