Dr. Lauren is an excellent and caring professional. She took the time to understand my situation and provided thoughtful, personalized care during my emergency. Her treatment was thorough, and she even adjusted her schedule to make sure I could be seen. I’m grateful for her dedication and kindness.
I was very hesitant to see a new eye doctor because I have a difficult prescription and it’s always been a challenge to get it right. But Dr. LaPaglia exceeded my expectations. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, easygoing, and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. She really took the time to understand my concerns and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident I was in good hands. I’m so glad I found her — highly recommend!
She has been my Optometrist for several years now and has been helpful with explanations and her time as my eyes have changed over time. I would recommend her without question.
Is there a 10/5 option?? I would recommend Dr. L to ANYONE- kids or adults. She is personable, friendly, explains things in a way normal people can, doesnt rush to prescribe or give out glasses AND she helped me after hours and on her off days when i scratched my cornea and was in tremendous pain. She was easy to communicate with via text/email and after waiting in the ER for 6 hours, she saw me in her driveway to help me!! cant say enough good things about her.
