Dr Lauren Johnson is amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, approachable and all things you’d expect from an expert in her field. The whole process with all staff included has been very professional. Although IVF is an expensive process - knowing you’re in great hands makes all the difference. They also offer some financial incentives which helps take some pressure off. Highly recommend REACH and Dr Johnson.
I would advise to not use Dr. Johnson. Her explanation for a procedure needed was overly simplified. Two days prior to my procedure, the hospital called said it would be performed there. I was also told it would take an hour, and I would be put to sleep. This was never communicated by Dr. Johnson or the REACH office. 2 months later I received a $11,000 bill.
