Dr Burns always listens to my concerns, answers all my questions, and is very conscientious and professional.
Dr. Burns is hands down the best doctor I've ever been to. She's caring and compassionate. She always listens to my concerns and I never feel rushed with her. She goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of!
This review does not reflect on Dr. Burns, since we never had a chance to see her. This review reflects the facility and staff. We had seen the great reviews she got, even though her practice was 30 miles away. I called and was told we needed to pick up their new patient application forms. We did and I received a call that the doctor would take us on as new patients. That was the last time I ever heard from them again.
