Dr. Bloom is an amazing doctor. Her professionalism is beyond reproach. I have a Case Manager through her office that helps me navigate the system. My Case Manager, Amy, is always available to answer any questions and to get me an appointment quickly, if I need to see the doctor. I have never had a problem with billing issues. I guess it depends on what insurance you have. It is not the fault of the doctor if you don’t have good insurance coverage. She cannot work for nothing.. I got a new job and switched insurance so when it was getting close to my upcoming appointment I was advised that Dr Bloom did not take my new insurance. I was told I could self pay. No thanks. I canceled my appointment. This was last August. It’s now mid January 2026 and I just received a bill for $61.93 for the appointment that I canceled and never went to. It also looks like they billed my previous insurance company. They are avoiding my phone calls. You should avoid this office. I would give zero stars if it was an optio... read more

Dr L. Bloom is amazing . She listens, she explains everything in detail . Her staff is wonderful and friendly . I feel very Blessed to have her as my primary doctor 🙏💜
