Terrible I would give 0 stars , no flexibility on seeing patient. You can't even get past customer service to speak directly with office. I have never had this much difficulty or unreasonable expectations in scheduling with an Endocrinologist.
I personally found Dr. Williams very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Several of my friends also see her, and none of them have been disappointed with their visits. I highly recommend hee.
Wish I could give her zero stars. I scheduled my appointment 6 months ago, and someone from her office called me two weeks prior to my appointment, a time when most doctors were out of office for the Christmas and New Years holidays, and told me that this doctor would cancel my appointment if I did not have a referral-- something that is nowhere on the website and was not told to me at time of scheduling.
