Dr. Richards and staff give exceptional customer service. The doctor took her time in explaining everything to both me and my daughter. The front office staff and medical assistant were geniunely kind. My daughter felt comfortable with her doctor's appointment.
Very welcoming environment and staff. Dr. Richards is very friendly, informative, patient and professional. My mother typically has a difficult time with seeing any new doctors and she felt very comfortable with her first appointment. We were pleased to experience that staff and Dr Richards speak Spanish. This was a plus and added to the easiness of the appointment. Definitely recommending to all who need a podiatrist.
Dr. Laura Richards is amazing. I had a growth on the side of my foot that was painful when pressure was applied by shoes, the floor, etc. She explained the treatment options for my issue with enough detail to allow me to make an informed decision about my care. Dr Richards showed genuine concern for me and my comfort with the procedure I decided on. The procedure was a success, and I was able to begin running pain free a couple weeks after the treatment.
