Dr. Rayner is fabulous! She’s got a gentle & quiet demeanor that is very comforting. I have been having some issues for years & she is the first one to offer alternatives other than the “normal” course of action which has not worked for me. Everyone in the practice is kind & polite. I highly recommend this practice.
Came here for a second opinion and was sent for an ultrasound and was told over a week later they hadn't received any results (even though windsong said they sent them the day of the exam) and seemed incredibly bothered having to retrieve them. Then, the nurse - not the doctor - called with the results and obviously couldn't answer my questions. This is such an inhumane and unprofessional practice, I can't understand this level of mistreatment. Such a disappointment.
