I felt very confident in Dr. Ragausskaite. She explained things very well and the surgery went well also.

My experience was excellent!!! Everything went as planned, they over communicated everything and my expectation was exceeded. I had no pain, no discomfort and the experience was great. This was my first ever surgery and it was like a spa day. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Communication with my family in the waiting room was excellent and my discharge was ahead of schedule. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is nervous about any procedure due to the staff and facility.
Dr Ragauskaite is a general surgeon so if you're looking for someone specialized in a particular field, this surgeon is NOT for you. Her plan for my surgery was extremely radical and overly invasive. I found a surgeon at Northwestern in Chicago, that was much more sympathetic to my concerns as Dr. Ragauskaite did not seemed concerned with any of my questions. Turned out my surgery was done outpatient with twilight anesthesia, which was never an option with Dr Ragauskaite.
Dr. R spends the time to talk to me and explains everything. She is very caring and knows her patients. Great Surgeon!!
No direct communication about what/how/why she does what she does during surgery or routine follow ups. Office staff is not helpful and cancels appointments without letting patients know. Highly disappointed with everything from surgery to follow up appointments. Will definitely not recommend to anyone. Find a new surgeon in a different practice!
