It was a terrible experience. Dr. Laura Cordes showed no empathy, compassion, nor willingness to help me. She only wants to help those in a perfect situation. I have never been treated so poorly in all of my life by a medical professional.
My quality of life has greatly improved after surgery with Dr. Cordes. Grateful to her, her team, and to God for this wonderful outcome.
Go somewhere else! Never again. Laura Cordes has a major chip on her shoulder. She was invalidating & dismissed my concerns-among many other complaints. Awful experience with her.
Horrible service front desk is unprofessional very unorganized I do not recommend this place .
Dr Cordes and her nurse were compassionate and listened attentively to the issues I was having.
