I am so happy that a real estate acquaintance told me about concierge doctors and especially Dr Laura and her nurse Jennifer. It is so refreshing to have a doctor available to actually talk with especially when something is wrong. If she is with a patient or busy she calls you when she is done. Finally - a doctor who's there for me. A doctor who won't leave after just 2 years. A doctor I can actually see when I have a concern. A doctor who doesn't rush through a visit.
The best thing that occurred to my wife a year and half ago when we moved to the Rochester NY area is that my 81 year old wife with multiple medical issues became a patient of Dr Laura. Our first meeting lasted nearly two hours with her going over multitude of prior medical records that I had sent from prior MD’s.
