The best Dr in the Word she is very good persona
My experience with this facility and with Dr. Laura Nunez Herrero was pretty disappointing. The wait for care wasn’t too long but checking in was difficult. I saw Dr. Nunez Herrero for no more than 10 minutes. I was brushed off and sent to have labs done and that was it. Got my lab results automatically through the Mychart site but didn’t hear from my doctor until a week or so later. Again, disappointing.
Whoever is in charge of booking and confirming appointments for Dr. Núñez should be fired. This appt was made through the Mt Sinai Emergency Room as a follow up after my stay. I took PTO from work, drove an hour to the Hialeah location and arrived at the doctors office for my appt to find out they also needed a referral from my primary physician and I would not be able to see Dr. Nunez unless I paid out of pocket. No le recomiendo a nadie la doctora Laura Nuñez, desde su personal en hialeah hasta su poca profesionalidad dejan que desear. El objetivo es hacerte procedimientos para sacar billete al seguro y más nada. Los medicamentos no los mandan a la farmacia, y cuabdo lo hacen falta documentarlo por la doctora para que el seguro lo apruebe. Cuando llamas te tratan mal y la doctora siempre brilla por su ausencia. Por suerte ya encontré un excelente gastro.
