had care from Dr Ray for over 2 years at “Compassionate family care.” Out of the blue I received a letter stating the practice was closing. Tried repeatedly to contact Dr Ray to have medical records forwarded to a new bioidentical hormone replacement doctor to which all efforts were ignored. My new doctor said all the patients she had previously had who came to her office had the same issue. Very very frustrating to have a doctor just drop off the face of existence without any explanation or seeming care of helping patients ... read more
No one is at the practice or answering phone calls! For months!
Everyone is so nice there. Always feel welcome. I’ve mostly been seen by the nurse practitioner, Morgan and just love her.
