Best Dr ever it’s sad that Dr Montes is retiring.. I do hope the new Doctors are as good as her.
Dr Montes genuinely cares and takes the time to explain everything. She’s reviews and addresses other conditions pertaining to your to health to prescribe your medication. She’s extremely smart and up to date !!!!
The dr is great and very understanding. However the receptionist PATTY is very rude has no telephone etiquette and is super unprofessional. I had requested information to be resent to my insurance as they said they didn’t receive it, she went off telling me how its already included in the preauthorization, I explained for some reason my insurance is not showing it can u please resend bcuz my insurance is stating they do cover it that they were just missing that information she kept talking over me and did confirm will have t... read more
