The staff and Doctor Laura are phenomenal! Especially with communicate and understanding your child needs . I highly recommend this for your child if your child has any concerns with gastrointestinal issues. Very amazing ! I’m forever grateful and my son has been going soon to be a year since he’s 9 month old . They always give us the information that my son needs for his stomach concern .
I haven’t had an appointment with the doctor but the ladies that respond the phone are the most rude customer service people I have ever talked to in my entire 11 years in this country. I don’t know how many are there, I made 3 phone calls so far and every single phone call was the same. I hope I can come back and change my review after visiting the office but first impressions are not in a good start.
Dr. Ginsberg was amazing! She was attentive, gentle and kind. She had a great way of explaining things to my daughter and myself to help us better understand. She asked very clarifying questions to help see what could be causes my daughters stomach pain.
